How to Register

If you are a new registrant, submit the registration form for new families and emergency contact and permission card (the PDF forms are available for printing below) BY E-MAIL MESSAGE. You could also submit your information on-line on the “NEW FAMILY” page.
If you are a returning family, submit the re-registration form and emergency contact and permission card (the PDF forms are available for printing below). You could also re-register on-line on the “RETURNING FAMILY” page.

If you are registering your younger child for Kindercare, please fill out the registration form and emergency contact and permission card (the PDF forms are available for printing below) or on the “NEW FAMILY” registration page. Re-registration form for kindercare will not be accepted.

Registration for current Caboose Club families began on the 15th of January, 2026 by
submitting the re-registration form and emergency contact and permission card (the PDF form is available for printing below). Hard copies of the forms are available at Caboose Club (portable 2, parents’ table)

Registration for new families
will begin at 7 AM on February 10th, 2026 by submitting the New Family registration form and emergency contact and permission card (the PDF forms are available for printing below) BY E-MAIL MESSAGE OR ON-LINE, we register on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that registration forms received before 7 AM on February 10th, 2026 will not be accepted.

To reserve your spot you will need to bring 12 post-dated cheques payable to Caboose Club and put them into Caboose Club secure locked mail box located on the porch attached to the portable # 2. Please find the list of the cheques below:
Society Fee ($35/child or $45/family, post-dated September 1^st, 2026)
$50 non-refundable deposit (per child, dated today)
September fees less $50 deposit (post-dated September 1^st, 2026)
Post-dated cheques for October 2026 – June 2027 (Fees: before school care $ 174.40, after school care $ 304.40, before and after school care $ 405.00, Kindercare (only for children attending Kindergarten starting September 2026, Kindercare hours are: 7 – 8:40 AM and 2:48 – 5:15 PM) – $ 200.00. Fees are subject to change.

Special Comments/Instructions for Care Givers

Consent and Agreement:

I understand that while every reasonable precaution and safety measure will be taken, children often receive injuries, even during supervised play, and waive any liability to the Caboose Club and program staff in the event that my child becomes injured while in attendance at the program.

I hereby give my consent for a staff member to administer first aid to my child in the case of accident or illness, if I cannot be reached immediately.

I hereby give my consent for a staff member to call a medical practitioner or ambulance for my child in the case of accident or illness, if I cannot be reached immediately. Any expenses incurred in such an event are soley my responsibility.

I hereby give my consent for my child to go on field trips with the Caboose Club, and to be transported by public transportation, rental bus or van or on foot. I understand that every precaution and safety measure will be taken, and waive any liability to the Caboose Club and program staff.

I hereby give my consent for my child’s photograph to be taken, and for my child to be videotaped during Caboose Club activities, for display at Caboose Club only.

I have read, understood and agree to abide by the Policies of the Caboose Club, as outlined in the Parent Handbook.
